Oedocephalum

 

Characterized by erect colourless conidiophores with a terminal swelling or vesicle. The spores (conidia) are colourless, 1-celled, and are borne in a single layer on the surface of the vesicle. Isolated from dung, wood, soil, and decomposing plant matter. Holomorphs: Iodophanus, Peziza. Ref: Stalpers 1974
